Abstract It is an interesting and difficult topic to determine the structure of a finite group by number elements maximal order. This related Thompson’s conjecture, that is, if two groups have same order type one them solvable, then other solvable. In this article, we continue work prove G G which has 4 p 2 q 4{p}^{2}q order, where p , q are primes 7 ≤ 7\le p\le either solvable or section who isomorphic L ( ) {L}_{2}\left(7) 8 {L}_{2}\left(8) U 3 {U}_{3}\left(3) .
